You must be a citizen of Barbados.
You must not be the owner of any land or property. The Corporation does not sell land/property to persons who already own land/property, and we will do a registry search as part of our qualifying process. If this search does find land/property owned by you, your application will be immediately declined.

Rental Checklist

Valid and accessible email address
Valid Barbados Identification Card
TAMIS Number of Applicant and Co-Applicant (if applicable)
Salary Details per pay period of Applicant and Co-Applicant (if applicable)
Recent Payslip (not more than 2 months old)
Current level of indebtedness (Loans from financial institutions, hire purchase, other dept)
Recent Job Letter (not more than one month old)
Passport size photo
